Very knowledgeable, did work quickly and correctly, good customer service. Casey gave me updates on when he would arrive and kept me well-informed, which I really appreciated. He also quoted another repair for me while he was here and explained the mechanism that was broken and what was required in the work to fix it. Highly recommend this local business over big box stores for his knowledge and treating me like I was not just another number or service call in his day.

The new part came in and I was promptly contacted by Mason Dixon Appliance Repair. A return date was made with no effort. Casey arrived on time, once again polite and curtious. He wasted no time installing my new part. Fast and neat. I had a question about another appliance after he finished. He went right to it, checked things out and as of now it was in good working order. He assured me any problems or needs he would be more than happy to help. Need I say more? I just want to say, this is the best appliance repair company I have ever come across in the last 25 years! Casey has serviced different repairs in our home over the last three years. He is a man of integrity, works hard, puts us on his schedule as quick as he can, and has always been very fair on any repair. I would highly recommend this company, and would not call anyone else.

Mason Dixon did a great job even though it was a pretty simple fix. Went above and beyond the call, and helped me get our dryer working so we had clothes! Definitely recommend and would call again.

What a lifesaver! We’d just moved here, and the movers had broken our washing machine. We first went to another repair service in town that had been suggested by the landlord, and while they were helpful in verifying that the movers did indeed break the machine, they were booked up for over a week! We couldn’t wait that long, so we contacted Mason Dixon. Prompt service, communicated well with my husband and me both, and was much more reasonably priced than the other business would have been for the same repair. While we hopefully won’t have any further repair needs anytime soon, it’s a relief to know who to call. Honestly, even better than than the service we’d had in my hometown, in which the people we used had known my family for decades.

Casey provided outstanding service! Our refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling one evening and Casey was there the next morning to fix it. He was on time (early actually), friendly, courteous, professional, and most of all knowledgeable. Highly recommend Mason Dixon Appliance Repair!

Great customer service. He was going to be late thru no fault of his own. Stayed in touch and rolled appointment over to next AM. Did a diagnosis, discovered problem was venting. Gave us excellent reference to a dryer vent expert, and did not charge us a penny, not even for service call. This guy knows his stuff, is customer friendly, and from all I read, extremely fair in pricing.

Casey was on-site 30 mins. after my phone call and was able to diagnose the issue with my dryer and went beyond to repair an electrical issue within the house receptacle. Most appliance repairmen will not handle the scope beyond the appliance unit itself. Fixed for minimal cost.
